OVERVIEW
SIX YEARS OF DESIGNING
AT SCALE.
Over the past six years, I have developed
employer-brand creative for Amazon's external candidates and internal stakeholders. My work
has supported annual Peak hiring and the ongoing Evergreen campaign across 14 geographies.
As a visual designer and production lead,
I partner with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, project managers, UX and other
designers to translate campaign concepts into
complete, launch-ready systems.
THE CHALLENGE
CONSISTENCY ACROSS EVERY TOUCHPOINT.
Each campaign needed to attract qualified candidates
while working within Amazon'sevolving brand system.
The work had to remainconsistent across formats,
markets, localization, production constraints, and
stakeholder requirements.

MY APPROACH
FROM DIRECTION
TO SYSTEM.
I begin with the brief, audience, employer value proposition, and relevant brand references. Visual and copy explorations help the team identify the strongest direction before production expands across formats and markets.

PRODUCTION SYSTEMS
DESIGNING THE WORKFLOW.
Beyond campaign execution, I introduced repeatable systems that moved production toward a clearer, more collaborative workflow and reduced reliance on disconnected desktop files and servers.
